Job Hunting is hard!! Finding the job you want and saving it in your favorites list is the easiest part of the process. The rest of the process is a total pain in the @$$!!!
The rest of the process is a full time job in itself. You gotta customize your resume for each job you're applying for, submit your resume (another easy step), find the right people to reach out to, and then send a personalized email to them.
That last step is the most tedious part of the process and the most prone to error. You find yourself copying and pasting the same email over and over again, and then you forget to change the name of the person you're reaching out to or the job you're applying for, or you attach the wrong email. It's a lot to keep track of on each email you write. JobFast helps you automate the outreach process and keep everything accurate and relevvant so you can focus on the important stuff.
Back to topJobFast is a tool that helps you get interviews. This tool removes the tedium from networking and outreach so you can focus on the important stuff.
In 2024, it is harder than ever to get your resume seen by the hiring manager, or even by the recruiter responsible for finding good candidates. As a job seeker, you're competing with hundreds of other applicants for the same job; often within just hours of the posting being published. If you missed applying on the first day, the job posting will most likely be closed.
JobFast helps you get noticed despite these challenges and stand out by helping you scale and automate the outreach process.
Here's how it works:
It's that simple! JobFast helps you automate the most tedious part of the job search process so you can focus on the important stuff.
Okay, okay, okay...you're right! It's not exactly that easy...I'll keep it real.
Here's what you need to do to get your resume seen (98% of job seekers stop after step #2, you need to keep going!) :
Often times, job seekers prepare multiple version of their resumes so they can apply to different types of jobs they're interested in. In order to tailor your outreach for each type of job -- yet maintain personalization -- you must first identify the job titles or roles you're interested in. This will help you create a more targeted outreach campaign. For example, if you're interested in both "Software Engineer" and"Product Manager" roles, you would create two Target Job Titles / Roles; one for Software Engineer, and another for Product Manager.
Similarly, if you were interested in an Individual Contributor role and Management / Leadership roles, you would create two Target Job Titles / Roles for these as well; one for the Individual Contributor and another for the Manager role.
JobFast allows you to scale your outreach while maintaining outreach personalization as you scale.
Back to topNow that you have identified the job titles or roles you're targetting, you can create email templates for each of these roles. This will help you scale your outreach while maintaining personalization. For example, if you're targetting both "Software Engineer" and "Product Manager" roles, you would create email templates; one for Software Engineer, and another for Product Manager.
I'm actively working on incorporating AI into the template creation process which should be coming eminently. In the meantime, you can do this manually by asking ChatGPT. Don't forget to personalize the email templates for each contact type (e.g. Recruiter, Hiring Manager, etc) receiving the email. Also, don't forget to create follow up email templates for each contact type as well.
You will need to format your text into HTML before saving them into JobFast. You can do that by copying, pasting, and formatting them using this online HTML editor.
If you need help with this step, please don't hesitate to ask by sending an email to [email protected]
Back to topHere is where you will track your applications from the time you find it to the time you either get an offer or get rejected. You're probably already using a simple spreadsheet to track this information right now, but if you choose to use JobFast to track this information for you,the details you enter in the application entry form can be used as a reference for your outreach emails.
Back to topThis is the main reason you should be using JobFast. The email outreach step is the most tedious and error-prone part of the job search process. You'll find yourself copying and pasting the same email over and over again, and then you forget to change the name of the person you're reaching out to or the job you're applying for, or you attach the wrong resume. It's a lot to keep track of on each email you write. JobFast helps you automate the outreach process and keep everything accurate and relevvant so you can focus on the important stuff.
As of right now, you need to create your own templates, but soon JobFast will draft email template suggestions for you. That is the thing I'm actively working on right now.
